- No charge for the initial meeting at office at Home Show Daily.
- Further time devoted to the project will be billed at $ 60 per hour.
- Total cost of plans for homes will not exceed $ 2 per square foot of building. This includes structural calculations -- but not stamps, civil, or soils engineering.
- Total cost of plans for commercial buildings will not exceed $ 3 per square foot of building. This includes architect's and structural engineer's stamps, but not civil engineering or soils engineering.
- We will not exceed these limits without prior consent of the client.

You can pay for your plans as you go --- or ask about paying for your plans later as part of your mortgage. Either way, your investment in plans counts as equity in your building!

HVAC & Electrical Plans, Energy Calculations,
Product Research & Specifications
Structural Calculations
Revisions, Refinements, Additions, Deletions
Coordination with Suppliers and Contractors
Assistance with Permits, Contracts, Change Orders, Lien Releases
Evaluations of Construction, as deemed necessary by Scharff Designworks
Project Management, if any is requested by the client, will be billed separately.
